Initially, Ambit will serve residential gas customers in the Nicor Gas Service Territory of Illinois. Pre-launch activities for the Illinois market will begin December 1, 2007 for individuals interested in becoming Independent Consultants. Ambit Energy will begin taking orders for natural gas service for residential customers in Illinois beginning early 2008.
